Our Breakfasts Options Delight Our Guests!

BREAKFAST OPTIONS - Coffee & tea are available for all guests 24 hours a day.

We do our best to accommodate your dietary needs. Breakfasts are hand-made,
freshly prepared and organic whenever possible. Our eggs come from our neighbors cage free, organic and happy chickens (who are fortified by any of our leftovers, peelings and surplus food).

Guests may enjoy breakfast in our dining room, our gathering room and weather permitting in the garden under the arbor, gazebo, on the sunny front porch or pond-side.

Option 1: Our Lite Continental Breakfast– is included in your room rate. This fresh and simple morning offering
will get you started on your relaxing or adventurous day in the Gold Rush Country. Chilled juice, freshly brewed coffee
or tea, eggs, yogurt, fruit and scrumptious home-made muffins begin your day. For those who wish to enjoy hearty local flavor at our nearby breakfast café we give you a 10% off coupon! Freshly brewed coffee & tea are always available.

Option 2: Our Buffet Breakfast can be enjoyed between 8:00am - 10:30am. Additional charges apply.

The Breakfast Buffet menu varies seasonally and may include the following items:

A selection of beverages such as fruit juice, hot chocolate, coffee, decaf as well as herbal or breakfast teas.
Fresh seasonal fruits & vegetables; fresh berries, melons, bananas, stewed or baked fruits or our house “breakfast salsa”.
Baked Goods may include freshly baked croissants, artisan breads, New York style bagels, home-made muffins, our special coffee “Kuchen” (cake), freshly baked turnovers, fluffy pancakes, scrumptious waffles, European style French toast, cheese or berry blintzes.
Additional items might include Greek-style yogurt, savory farmers cheese, low-fat breakfast cereal, our Oma’s country-style hot and hearty oatmeal or Grandma’s cream of wheat, yummy granola, home-grown organic nuts, freshly prepared farm fresh eggs, breakfast sausage, cured bacon, smoked ham, breakfast potatoes, smoked salmon or a selection of artisanal breakfast meats and cheeses.
Condiments may include cream cheese, butter, jams and a variety of hot sauces or salsa.

Option 3: On selected mornings let us spoil you with our GRANDE BREAKFAST BRUNCH – additional charges apply. Grande breakfast brunch is served at 9am. Depending on the “humeur du chef” (mood of the chef) we might serve you an unforgettable signature dish like our:
